Conditions of Use
No order will be deemed to constitute a contract of sale until the goods are dispatched by the seller.
All prices displayed is the compete price
Prices displayed at time of order are the price payable.
Delivery
Equilibrium shall not be held liable for any losses, including any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of business, profits or goods due to a failure of Equilibrium to meet an estimated delivery date.
Damaged Goods/Missing Items
Please notify us of any damaged/missing goods by e-mail at Equilibriumshop@aol.com , or phone on 01843 229559 within 48 hours of delivery. Any faulty goods must be reported within 14 days of delivery, Any claim after this time will not be accepted. When returning any goods to Equilibrium, please package well. The buyer will be held responsible for any costs incurred to rectify damage done to items, which has been caused by inadequate packaging or wrongly packaged items in the opinion of Equilibrium.
We offer a full refund or replacement on all faulty goods if returned within 14 days of delivery. Please bear in mind that the cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the purchaser, unless goods were found to be faulty on delivery.
Items that are returned should have all packaging fully intact and should not have been tampered with in any manner. Any items which have been returned to Equilibrium and have been found to be damaged due to inadequate or wrongly packaging in the opinion of Equilibrium, will be charged in full.
You are entitled to receive information and to amend, block and delete your stored data. Please contact Equilibriumsshop@aol.com or send us your request by post
The contracts by the sales of goods by Equilibrium shall be subject to and governed by Law. Liability of Equilibrium shall in no circumstance exceed the original value of the price charged for the goods. Equilibrium cannot accept liability for injury or negative consequence of using the products its sells or any information on its web sites.
Postage and Packing
Shipping is calculated depending on the weight of your parcel. In order to be as fair as possible we have priced all the products we offer for sale. This allows us to calculate our charges on the basis of current Royal Mail rates for First Class.
Our shipping rates also include a small charge to cover packaging and handling. Rates are reviewed continuously and we clearly state any change in policy.
All products are shipped within 1 – 3 working days of ordering, please allow 7 – 10 working days for your parcel to reach you. In the unlikely situation that your item is not in stock we will contact you immediately and ask whether or not you would like us to issue you a refund, despatch a similar alternative or wait until the item is back in stock.
Limitation of Liability
While we endeavour to verify the accuracy of any information we place on the website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy.
The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any representation or endorsement made and we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the website, or any transaction that may be conducted on or through the website including but not limited to, implied warranties of non-infringement, compatibility, security, accuracy, conditions of completeness, or any implied warranty arising from course of dealing or usage or trade.
We make no warranty that the website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the materials. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the website.
Notwithstanding any other provision in the Conditions, nothing herein shall limit your rights as a consumer under English law.
